Browsing Housing: Housing is as diverse as the neighborhood itself, and prices are varied too. You can find artsy lofts, newly constructed two- and three-flats, and mid-rises. Housing is a combination of the old and the new with plenty of condos that have cropped up in recent years. You’ll find huge vintage homes along “Beer Baron Row,” where many of the wealthy brewery owners from back in the day lived. Single-family homes run the gamut, from cottages and bungalows to completely made-over Greystones. There’s also a good deal of new construction.
